WinComp have been contacted as our IT Consultants for all of our business’ IT requirements since October 2007 to the present day.
James Hall is our main point of contact at WinComp, he liaises with us on a daily basis to help in all aspects of IT needs.
His role as IT consultant carries the following responsibilities; day to day maintenance of office equipment such as digital phone system, computers, printers and updating our servers and all software.
James advises us on how to implement new technology within our company and how the use of this technology will help us meet our business objectives.
James has a wide knowledge of computer systems and technology and good business knowledge along with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Wincomp PC repair, only recently have I had to have my old PC repaired when it crashed unexpectedly in a very busy period as per usual.
James, Lewis and Anthony were soon able to identify the PC problem and with their no fix/no fee agreement I was more than happy to repair the PC
Their customer service to me was excellent; they were more than prompt and efficient as further faults were identified. However for every PC problem they had the PC solution.
